Unusable shower that couldn't drain a drop of water and started overflowing onto the bathroom floor. No staff so check-in took 1h while in a line of about 6 parties ahead of us (when we left, the line had backed up the entire lobby), no kiosks operational. Paid Parking garage seemingly as far away as possible from check-in lobby.
